This small hotel is equal to 4 stars. It offers fantastic rooms with fantastic views of the water as well as a massive spa bath. The location is great and gorgeous, 1 mile from Te ti Bay.

Absolutely great hotel with awesome views over the bay. Heated swimming pool and marvellous location not far from an available park. Also, to the Paihia township. The in-house restaurant for dinner.

Nicely appointed hotel located near to the bay and the Waitangi treaty grounds, a beautiful beach and luxury modern stylish design and shops and beach. Tranquil location in the Glassroom restaurant with views of the bay.

The room I stayed in was absolutely fantastic and complete with a spa bath and fantastic views, as example. The breakfast was lovely and excellent - a huge variety of dishes. Thanks to a fantastic service I had an awesome stay.

I ate at a fabulous restaurant for dinner. A kitchen area, tea and coffee were all available. The location was stunning and beautiful, overlooking the sea. The hotel was a short walk to the heart of Paihia.

Thanks to a FANTASTIC service I had a fantastic stay. The room I stayed in was fantastic and complete with an amazing view as well as really comfortable bed. The breakfast was gorgeous and excellent - a wide array of dishes. Location: the hotel was right by the ferries and restraunt and bars and shops, bars, supermarket.

Overall had really nice stay during our visit. The staff was amicable and extremely accommodating, the breakfast offered was excellent with a lot of food. Particularly good and lovely location, we were not far from ferries ect, a golf course and the shops, ferries and restaurants. A cool bonus was nearby Third Wheel Coffee Co, that offered tea and coffee.

The room was modern and airy with a beautiful view - really enjoyed it. The location of the hotel was stunning, in from the supermarket.

Its location at a medium distance from Paihia Wharf was exceptionally nice. The room was brand-new with a spa bath and the staff extremely helpful and professional.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beach resort. The pool access rooms were a dream - it was like having our own private pool right outside our door. The pool was clean and spacious, perfect for doing some laps. The location of the resort was fantastic, right on the waterfront and close to the main street of Paihia. The restaurant served delicious food and the staff were friendly. The daily room service was a nice touch. we had a luxurious and refreshing break away at this beautiful hotel.

The after hours service,room service. late arrival at resort, which was about 10pm,no room service, Its standard service for a resort,to provide this service at least till 11pm.

The hotel is conveniently located right at the very traffic-like main street, making it easy to access the town center and enjoy the bustling atmosphere. Additionally, it is close to the beach, providing a quick and convenient way to enjoy some sun and surf. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large beds and private patios offering stunning views of the pool area and the bay. The facilities, including the spa and the bubble bath in the room, are fantastic and perfect for relaxation.

Some guests mentioned that the noise made by other guests and the wooden floors could be a bit disturbing at times.

The restaurant when I finally got in for one night had excellent food. The location was good

It is marketed as a resort however this is totally incorrect as it does not have any resort facilities except a swimming pool. It is very overpriced for what facilities are there. There was no bar/lounge area to sit and have a drink, a very small restaurant that was always booked out when I tried to secure a booking.

The fridge in our room was extremely noisey and kept us up. Maybe they need replacing.
